Summary:To provide a variety of administrative support duties for the DTZ Facilities Maintenance team based in Marlborough, MA.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &
Responsibilities:
Administer weekly payroll process
Attend meetings and take minutes with Chief Engineer and/or Operations Manager
Organize and maintain files, both hard copy and electronic
Administer attendance database. Track and reconcile PTO/Attendance.
Reconcile material purchases and confirm with CMMS system.
Maintenance and upload of Safety Training Records
Create purchase order requisitions via the Procure Plus procurement system
Responsible for submitting all uniform related changes/orders
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES, if any:Line level administrative position.
REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Education and/or Experience):
High School Diploma or GED
Facility operations experience not required, but preferred
Strong
computer
skills working in Web based management systems.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Ability to work in a virtually paperless environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS and/or PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Work as a member of the facilities maintenance team in an office environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
