In this role, you will be responsible for aggressively prospecting new clients while expanding current business.
You will follow up on marketing and web inquiries to identify key decision makers to secure new business and maintain a sales database to effectively build your customer base.

Key
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Negotiate prices, sign and bind sales/service agreements with customers and clients within company guidelines.
Review sales plans with management on a weekly basis.
Work with the recruiting team to deliver candidates to your clientele.
Qualifications:
A proven track record of sales success in a similar role, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with outbound email marketing.
Working knowledge of desktop computers and Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.
Education/
Experience:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in sales or account management.
Familiarity with CRM or ATS software applications is desired.
