Senior IT Project Manager

Our client is a Global Medical Device Company headquartered in Marlborough, MA.
Comprised of over 6,000 dedicated employees, their mission is to make it possible to detect, diagnose and treat illnesses and other health conditions earlier and more effectively.
The Project Manager will play a critical role in implementing a highly prioritized data platform/analytics modernization project which focuses on the transition from Qlik Sense apps to Azure.
Phase 1 of the project is in progress and involves the build out of Azure cloud infrastructure and the transition of priority apps to Power BI.
The PM will join during phase 1A/B, which will focus on configuring Azure DevOps CICD, data movement and platform deployment and is expected to see the project through to completion.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and clear communicator who has deep experience in reporting and analytical project management.
Responsibilities include management and execution of large and complex projects that span multiple functions.
This position will sit onsite in Marlborough, MA 3 times/week.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage execution of large, complex cross-functional systems integration projects from beginning to end including all phases of planning, requirements, design, testing and cutover - Collaborate directly with the business and functional teams to define project scope and all required deliverables, activities, activity sequence, Work Break-down and work estimates to create a framework for the project schedule - Manage all aspects of the project including the plan, resources, dependencies, change management and budget utilizing internal project management tools - Manage multiple, simultaneous integrations projects including 3rd party management - Responsible for overall delivery of systems integration plan, including key milestone tracking, on time and on budget and ensure a smooth and successful project transition - Work with stakeholders to prioritize and determine the project's acceptance criteria/critical success factors and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project - Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and quality - Activel! y monitor project dependencies and risks - Lead, motivate, manage and support assigned team members to ensure adherence to process and procedures and to! maximize contribution to effectiveness and efficiency - Measure progress and monitor performance (overall, scope, schedule, costs, quality) - Actively manage risks including issue escalation and resolution - Resolves conflicts and escalates issues in an effective manner - Conduct post project implementation reviews to document lessons learned and provide to organization to update applicable methodology, tools, templates Minimum Requirements - 6
years of Project Management experience - 1
years of recent experience supporting Analytics Modernization projects - Experience managing vendor relationship and ability to hold vendors accountable - Working knowledge of Azure and data visualization tools (tableau, powerBI, Qlik, etc) - Experience utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies Experience in leading multiple complex projects concurrently - Excellent analytical skills and advanced user of Excel or similar tools, with the ability to drive structured problem solving and solutions across broad stakeholder groups.
- Expertise to multi-task and prioritize effectively to deal effortlessly with shifting priorities and assignments.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
