7th August This role is responsible for supporting the development and deployment of external communications assets, with a specific focus on Cytiva's Bioprocess and Biotechnology Integrated Solutions (BIS) OpCos.
Bioprocess represents the largest business area of Cytiva, which reported 8.
8bn USD in revenue full-year 2022.
BIS is the newest business area, bringing together customer-essential and strategic areas such as enterprise solutions, aseptic filling, and services.
Besides thinking strategically, this person can produce assets in both written and multimedia form.
Experience in media relations and understanding the current media landscape is essential.
What you'll do Compose press announcements, external articles, and communications plans.
Work closely with the External Communications Leaders and Brand team to create coordinated communications plans and content for online or in-person appearances.
Leverage digital and physical on-site channels to amplify storytelling and measure outcomes and effectiveness of targeting across audiences, including social media.
Understand the Cytiva strategy and demonstrate ability to create communications assets to accomplish the team goals.
Assemble and deliver evaluations of metrics on communications activities to demonstrate the effectiveness of communications to the wider business.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field and two to four years communications experience Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills in English, storytelling ability in pictures and words Interest in working in large multi-stakeholder organization Dynamic, results focused and able to juggle priorities while building and maintaining trust and respect both within and outside the business; consistently delivering high quality results Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner Clear interest and understanding of current affairs, politics and public opinion and the ability to gauge the effects of these on present and future business plans Integrity:
