About the role:
The Group Product Manager will be responsible for developing and driving key marketing and business objectives for the US Laser business, which includes both the Urology laser line as well as the CO2 solutions for ENT/GYN.
This role will lead all US downstream marketing activities and serve as the bridge between the US commercial team and the Global Laser franchise team based in Israel.
Key responsibilities of the Group Product Manager include leading the Laser Therapy Product Managers, developing and driving the US marketing strategy, owning US launch plans for new product introductions, working collaboratively with Sales leadership to develop the commercial strategy for lasers and supporting the laser franchise team in shaping the strategic direction of the global business.
The role will require forming and cultivating strong collaborative relationships with the laser franchise team based in Israel.
Given the versatility of the laser portfolio, this role also requires working collaboratively and in alignment with the Stone and Prostate Health franchises to achieve overall business goals, and with GIC team to develop the downstream strategy.
The role will require strong commercial acumen in the US in order to define the future commercial strategy of the laser business in collaboration with the Sales leadership team.
This role requires that the candidate works directly with Health Care Providers to develop, test, pilot and implement commercial programs as well as gain customer insights on current and future technology solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Formulate the annual marketing strategy & plan and be accountable for its execution & budget Support Israel Franchise Leadership team in upstream marketing strategy as needed Effectively lead and coach a team of marketing product managers to achieve performance goals with downstream marketing activities Drive and Support the US region; create and leverage of product and portfolio messaging, utilizing cross functional input, performing market research and KOL Interactions Analyze US competitive information and provide insights to the global marketing team and develop sales and market strategies to respond to competitive landscape Lead US new product launch plans and execution Own the revenue forecast including supply chain forecasting and managing backorders Lead commercial strategies including pricing, Sales programs, and contests in conjunction with Sales feedback Collaborate with Sales training to create laser therapies training content as needed Provide Sales team with all necessary Sales and Marketing tools by leveraging global tools or developing new tools Work with Health Economics and Market Access to develop tools that benefit the US region Key POC for Sales team for field questions, communication about new publications, strategies, progress, resources, etc For US Tradeshows, work with Integrated Communications Event Marketing team, Clinical Education and Market Development to shape and execute KOL strategies, symposia efforts and hands-on courses as needed Collaborate with MedEd to drive US HCP training events / strategies In collaboration with the MDM team, support Advisory Boards and VOC, to support launches and downstream activities Lead US KOL development in collaboration with MDM and global teams Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or healthcare-related field 7
years in product, strategic marketing, or selling experience in the healthcare field 2
years as a people leadership experience Strong collaborative, leadership, analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization (both internal and external), including cross-cultural relationships Excellent project management/execution and organizational skills Travel (35%); US and Israel Preferred
