8K a year Lost Shoe Brewing and Roasting Company is a brewery and coffee roastery in downtown Marlborough, MA.
We are looking for a passionate and driven keyholder to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Open and close the taproom Ensure all daily and weekly tasks are completed on time or ahead of schedule Ensure taproom ambiance is enjoyable at all times Assist with training new hires and provide ongoing support to front of house team Uphold company policies and procedures and act as a role model to others Create an exceptional customer experience behind the bar, on the taproom floor, through our taproom text messaging line and at off-site events Prepare and serve coffee, beer and food items Maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the taproom, backbar, patio, and restrooms What we are looking for:
Prior experience opening/closing a hospitality facility Availability to open/close the taproom at least 3 to 4 shifts per week Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment Strong Communication Skills Friendly and welcoming personality Positive and professional attitude Responsible and punctual Interest in craft coffee and beer Strong sense of community and Team Player Attention to detail Ability to use coaching and feedback for growth and development TIPS Certification required and reimbursed Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance Weekend and holiday availability (we are closed Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, July 4th and open until 12pm on Easter) Due to the nature of this business applicants must be at least 21 years of age
