Responsibilities:
Administrative Sales Support Specialist enters fax, phone, and email orders for the Surgical division into Oracle Order ManagementRespond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email including edits to existing orders, proof of delivery, order status, sales contact information, etc.
Maintains customer records by updating account informationResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionMaintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needsManage online store registration and inquiriesEnsure all auditing requirements are met via verbal order acknowledgment or documentation attachments within the order, including necessary approvalsWork closely with the local sales representative on order status and other Customer related inquiriesAdministrative Sales Support Specialist collaborates with internal partners such as Marketing, Strategic Contracting, and Sales Support for new product launches, promotions, and training to provide valuable feedback for continuous improvementAssist with other projects or departmental tasks as assignedRequired
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree OR 1-2 years previous Support Service experience in a fast-paced settingRequired Skills:
Ability to deliver Superior Customer Service utilizing problem-solving and conflict-resolution strategiesMust have quality focus, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze information to drive solutionsHighly proficient in using a PC, the internet, and MS Office applications, especially OutlookExperience being in a call queue, and entering purchase orders into an order management systemOracle or SalesforceDemonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingMust be able to demonstrate good time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-taskPositive, can-do attitude and the ability to work successfully in a team environmentFlexibility with regard to schedule during quarter end or peak volume times is requiredPunctual, regular, and consistent attendanceNote:
Shift Hours:
8 am - 5 pmHybrid must be onsite 3-4 days/week for training for a couple of weeks.
Then will typically only be onsite 1-2 days/week after training.
