Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR management.
Assists or prepares correspondence as needed.
Photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other administrative functions.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HR files, records, and documentation.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
Assist with HR projects such as open enrollment and trainings What drives success for this role Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
Ability to use excellent judgment, maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion Highly organized with the ability to manage variety of tasks and prioritize to deadlines Ability to work in a small, fast-paced office environment Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.
g.
, ADP Workforce Now).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
