Make People Happy! Meet resident food and service requirements by ensuring that the front of house staff is executing their job responsibilities properly, coordinating with the kitchen staff and working with other food & beverage managers.
Meet with managers to ensure excellent guest satisfaction Light computer work is required Have knowledge of daily menu and Always Available list Assist when needed for special functions or in other assigned areas as needed Regular, punctual attendance Follow established standards and policies Team player concept a must.
Follow established Security and Fire Evacuation procedures Attend mandatory scheduled staff trainings and weekly manager meetings Other assigned duties Education, experience and other requirements:
No felony convictions.
Drug Test required (not tested for marajuana).
