High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree or equivalent certification required or equivalent experience Must be available to work EST hours Entry level straight out of school is ok, if candidate has some experience that is great 0-1 year experience with LMS systems and or a system administration 0-1 year experience in Quality Management Systems Data Management Skills Excel, Word, Agile, and other data software systems Exceptional communication skills Verbal and Written Superior organization Skills and dedication to completing projects on time Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS systems preferred but not required ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administrative functions of Global Quality Systems and Enterprise Training in Hologic's Learning Management System Additional responsibilities include, security and software upgrades, reporting and extracting system metrics, and coordination with local Subject Matter Experts Managing LMS system usage metrics, process controls and change control to maintain compliance to regulatory requirements Job Types:
