Greet patients when they arrive in the office.
Performing general office duties such as answering the phone, photo copying, filing, and faxing.
Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling patient appointments.
Call patients to confirm appointments a few days in advance.
Send post cards to patients scheduled a month out.
Pulling chards for next day appointments.
Check patient's benefits and eligibility with insurance.
Call insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
Enter treatments and mail claims.
Verify and collect payments from patients.
Organize insurance explanation of benefits.
