The Alexander Technology Group is seeking and IT Support candidate to provide remote and deskside support to our client with offices in both Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. This IT Support role is a contract opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. This candidate will join an established support team and be responsible for level 1 and 2 support. Candidate must have access to private transportation on a daily basis. Required skills include:
oSupport and maintenance of Windows Server 2003/2008
oExperience with Active Directory and Exchange Server Support
oCisco networking equipment knowledge
oVLAN switches and routers
oRemote enduser support and Deskside support
oHardware and software troubleshooting and repair
oSolidWorks experience a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
