Minimum 5-7 years of software QA experience
Exp. operations processes for a financial services firm
Solid understanding of quality assurance and software development methodologies
Expertise with all aspects of testing, including functional, structural, regression, load and performance testing
Experience working on high-volume transaction applications
Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle database and SQL
Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical application
Knowledge of the Agile development and project management processes
Knowledge of the Compliance operations desirable
Expertise with QA tools such as QC, JIRA, QTP and Load runner
Demonstrated skills in backend, mid-level, integration, deployment, or large-scale application testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Special Knowledge/Skills
Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
Confidence to participate and contribute within a fast-paced, technically aggressive, highly skilled and collegial development team
Keys to the Position:
7
years of QA experience
Atleast 4-5 years of manual testing experience
Strong SQL skills 4
years ability to write queries
Financial services experience is a must (should have a general understanding of the different security types)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Phone interview will be followed by an in person interview request - She may consider hiring via the WAVE but in person is the preference

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
