Helpdesk Support Specialist
Seeking a motivated and professional Helpdesk Support Analyst to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.
Experience
Experience providing help desk support to users
Windows Desktop support 2003/2008/2008R2
Hands on experience with MS Office- Desktop support
Mac OS support (preferred)
Light experience with security - such as virus, malware, spyware, symantec etc.
Helpdesk user support with password resets
VPN, Router & Switches fixes
Active Directory experience- resent passwords and log ins
Answer incoming calls and e-mails.
Helpdesk remote support for end users
Provide ticketing support in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including Dell, HP, Lenovo Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Mac
Education
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or equivalent work experience.
Certifications in CompTia A +, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technicians desirable

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
