Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join their team in Marlborough, MA. The Solutions Center Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for monitoring ServiceNow and providing technical support to ensure that the issues are addressed in a timely manner. He/she would also be responsible for various projects. The candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, and can work 1 day a week from home!

years of Help Desk Experience
Experience providing Level 2 support on Active Directory is a MUST
Experience with:
o MS Office
o Windows 7
o Citrix
o Active Directory
o MAC
