Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to join their team in Marlborough, MA. The Solutions Center Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for monitoring ServiceNow and providing technical support to ensure that the issues are addressed in a timely manner. He/she would also be responsible for various projects. This role is 100% phone support in a call center environment.
The candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, and can work 1 day a week from home!
Required Skills:
Customer Service skills
5+ years of Help Desk Experience
Experience providing Level 2 support on Active Directory is a MUST
Experience with:
o MS Office
o Windows 7
o Citrix
o Active Directory
o MAC

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
