The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the direction of a program. He/she will provide clinical supervision and rehabilitative direction to a team of Direct Care Counselors and clients. The Clinical Program Manager will perform all essential functions of a Direct Care Counselor. He/she will provide clinical leadership and emergency on-call.

Essential Functions:
1. Develop and monitor staff scheduling to ensure program coverage and budgetary compliance.
2. Provide on-going evaluation of the program's treatment philosophy.
3. Ensure timely access to services by conducting intakes as assigned.
4. Responsible for participation in the Individual Service Plans (ISP) process for all clients.
5. Ensure Program Specific Treatment Plans are aligned with goals of the ISP, are updated as needed and ensure clients ability to meet individualized goals.
6. Prepare reports as directed, including data collection and analysis.
7. Responsible for monthly submission of client census.
8. Responsible for overall fiscal responsibility for the site; including the safeguard of client's monetary funds and meeting program budgetary expectations. Assist in development of program budget.
9. Responsible for supervision of all staff at program to which he/she is assigned. Conduct staff meetings and ensure staff is up-to date on all trainings.
10. Ensure that client's rehabilitative treatment and clinical record meet Rehab Option standards.
11. Participate in the on-call rotation through 24 hour availability for consulation and emergency crisis intervention.
12. Monitor the up-keep of the program site. Ensure program meets safety standards and a home-like environment is maintained.
13. Attend trainings as assigned; maintain necessary certifications (CPR/First Aid, SOLVE, MAP).
14. Attends and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings.
15. Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates' Human Rights policy.
16. Perform all duties in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
17. Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards.
1. Master's degree in social services or related field; or BA in related field plus 3 years related experience.
2. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3. Must have sensitivity to the needs of the population.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
5. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which he/she is assigned.
8. Must hold a valid drivers' license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
