Description:
The Business Support Analyst will also be required to participate in any Global Production Support initiatives, project transitions and application documentation. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the JDA / Manugisitcs suite of applications which has been upgraded and will be transitioned to GPS in September 2014.
Skill sets:
Prior technical troubleshooting of JDA / Manugistics and retail experience a plus.
Knowledge and experience of Service Now or a similar tool.
Familiar with Six Sigma and ITIL Concepts.
