Release Manager
Release Manager will be responsible for coordinating the establishment of product releases and ensure their success once initiated. There will be major releases, involving new features and enhancements; minor releases involving minor enhancements and defect repairs; and patch releases involving critical and major defect repairs. This position will work with the program manager and various stakeholders (business and IT) to determine the contents of subsequent releases. Once the release is finalized, the Release Manager will oversee and manage the release which includes providing oversight to the project managers, developing and maintaining an integrated project plan and the coordination of cross product activities.
- Strong Project or Product Management experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience at an Enterprise scale
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous product releases
- Extensive experience with program, project and resource management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience creating and managing integrated project plans
- Oracle MDM- Supplier, Site and/or Hierarchy experience preferred
- Retail and Financial experience preferred
- Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxely compliance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the corporation as well as outside consultants.
- Ability to identify and analyze organizational needs with solid problem solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizational and communications skills is required.
- Experience managing and/or working with a team of professionals, locally and remote
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written

Preferred Skills:
Strong Familiarity with MS SharePoint
Experience working with Oracle EBS or related Oracle products/applications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
