Pharmacist -Full Time & Per Diem
Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a full time and two per diem Pharmacists to join our team in Marlborough, MA. MA licensure is required. Long Term Care pharmacy experience preferred, but hospital and retail experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to staff to allow them to be effective in their duties.
Assist Management Team with adapting to new goals.
Open communication with Management Team for areas that need improvement.
Must be able to adapt to ongoing growth.
Verify orders for accuracy of input and appropriateness of therapy.
Verify filled prescriptions.
Perform dispensing and compounding functions as necessary.
Provide for the control and documentation of controlled substances.
Provide pharmaceutical care.
Serve as an information and educational resource to other staff and the customer.
Customer Service
Other assigned duties.
Requirements:
Current MA state licensure
RPh or Pharm D
Minimum 3 years practicing as a pharmacist.
Long Term Care experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong clinical skills.
IV experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
