EthoSolar is currently looking for extraordinary sales consultants to join a winning direct sales team in residential solar sales throughout MA's major cities and towns, particularly the Worcester, and Marlborough regions.
Our sales agents are given detailed training on product, market, and practices to ensure success.

Responsibilities
o Participate in full life cycle sales
o Conduct analysis of customer's situation and explain financial returns
o Upload customer information through our CRM software and download proposals for presentation to clients
o Close on proposals at customer homes in pre-set appointments
Qualifications and requirements
o 2
years of a successful track record of sales experience
o High integrity and strong ethical code
o A track record of strong achievement; sales awards, beating quota, building a new book of business, growing a market, etc.
o Experience generating customer leads
o Exceptional follow up skills
o Strong basic computer skills - Microsoft Office and Excel
o CRM usage experience a plus
o Desire to stay on the leading edge of a growing and meaningful industry
o Motivated by career advancement, high income potential, and making a difference
o Excellent customer service skills
o Able to put customers at ease and sell based on their needs and goals
o Flexible hours but must be able to work weekends and evenings
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Valid driver's license and clean driving record
o Four year college degree highly preferred, but not required
