Clinical Associate
Title: Clinical Associate (Dose Coordinator)
Location: Marlborough, MA
6 month contract, $ 27.00 - 30.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
The Dose Coordinator will be responsible for managing the customer requests for orders of PET radiopharmaceuticals.
This position will receive the orders, verify availability of the production sites, and schedule the manufacture and delivery of the requested materials. Also within the scope of this role will be the rescheduling of orders and resolving scheduling conflicts between the ordering and producing sites. Additional responsibilities will include maintenance of the order & production log, as well as transportation vendor invoice reconciliation. This individual will also be the primary liaison for communications between the various parties.
Monitoring and confirmation of incoming requests
Scheduling order fulfillment
Scheduling order transport
Interface with customers and CMOs to resolve scheduling conflicts
Maintenance of order logs
Review of invoices against order logs
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful individual will possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
-Must have 5
years' experience processing and managing orders of PET radiopharmaceuticals
-Must have 5
years' experience with GMP
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
