We are currently searching for a Sales/Account Manager to help develop new clients and manage our current ones in the Healthcare, VMS, Clinical, and Pharmaceutical industries.

We offer a competitive base salary, plus an uncapped commission structure. We are located west of Boston in Marlborough - right off US 20 and 495.
Job Duties
Aggressively prospect for new and existing clients through a variety of sources, including required daily outbound calls.
Perform analysis to properly identify prospective clients.
Create and define effective account strategies and develop relationships with clients in the VMS, Healthcare, clinical, pharmaceutical industries nationwide, regionally or locally.
Network in markets to identify customers and prospects; develop and maintain relationships with key influencers to generate and build sales opportunities
Identify and close new Healthcare, VMS, clinical or pharmaceutical sales opportunities with existing, new, and competitive target accounts to maintain and grow business and territory volume.
Maintain open and timely communication with management regarding sales leads, market challenges, competitive activity and other relevant issues of benefit to the organization
Serve as liaison between customer and Sigma to ensure high quality customer service.
Clarify and prioritize client'sstaffing requirements
Maintain strong vendor relationships with key partners
Keep open communication channels with clients
Conduct quality checks with managers and associates to ensure assignments are going smoothly
Manage time effectively and contribute to the continued growth of our organization through consistently achieving quotas and growing market share.
Work in fast-paced, rapidly changing, deadline sensitive environment
Set up and maintain customer files in our database, including all sales related activity
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task and balance a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls, email communications, and detailed database entries
Effective inside sales phone skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients
Work independently and as a team member
Must have good customer service and administrative organizational skills.
Working knowledge of: desktop computers and Microsoft office products - Excel, Word, MS Outlook etc.
Education/
Experience:
BS or AA - will accept experience in lieu of degree
Computer and CRM or ATS software applications desired
Experience in Healthcare, business development, sales, marketing, staffing, client relationship management, recruitment and extensive customer service is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
