RKG Financial is seek a Business Development person to join our team.
The Business Development person will report directly to the company President. He/she will grow the 401k business by marketing and prospecting to small businesses. The employee should be an extrovert with outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport and relate well to all kinds of people. He/she should able to hit the ground running and drive the lead generation using strong verbal and written communication skills.

The Business Development person should be resilient, possess personal accountability for their action, should be able to manage their time and priorities, identifying activities that lead to the company goal. He/she should be able to persuade others to change the way they think, believe or behave.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through on-line and traditional marketing by providing educational content.
Generate leads through in person or close contacts.
Prospecting to small businesses via social media, networking, cold calls, mining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Conducting follow up calls to interested companies to generate appointments.
Accurately enter prospect information into the Customer Relationship Management System (Insightly)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or Business is required or equivalent experience and proven track record in this industry.
At least 3 years' of consultative sales experience and a commitment to customer satisfaction is required.
Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus.
Able to plan, organize systems, use logical reasoning and the agility to adapt to change easily.

Able to write clearly, succinctly and understandably in English
Able to present material proficiently in a well-spoken manner
Able to engage customers through cold calls and relationship building

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Able to apply concepts and reasoning to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY
May work in an environment where multiple projects are being executed at one time.
Able to apply concepts and reasoning to practical situations dealing with a variety of people and situations in a positive and professional manner.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license and insurance is required to attend outside networking meetings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
