Bilingual Accounts Manager

Leading biotech. firm is seeking a dynamic, hard-working, computer savvy professional with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to join their growing international accounting and customer service team.
This role with directly support the accounting department, with a high volume of customer contact via phone and email, as well as project-based support for the billing and accounts receivable team.
Requirements:
Excellent English and Spanish speaking and reading skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and computer skills
Excellent Attention to Detail
High Stakes Office Experience

Responsibilities
Communicate with domestic and international customers via email and phone
Update billing information for customers, as necessary
Obtain authorization for payments
Follow-up with customers as needed regarding current and past due accounts

Salary:
15-18/hour based upon experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
