Job Description:
Title: Business Support Analyst Duration: 6 months plus Location: Marlborough, MA.
Job Description: Required to participate in the Global Production Support initiatives such Service Center updates, issue/ bug tracking of applications in production, small store systems related projects and roll out support.
Responsibilities:
Generally works on issues of a moderately complex to highly complex nature in a matrixed IT environment.
Ability to craft concise communications of a technical nature to a business community. (MUST)
Collaborate and escalate to level 2 or 3 technical teams as needed.
Must possess excellent follow up skills and self-motivation to resolve issues in a timely, cost effective manner based on SLAs and OLAs.
Identify opportunities for proactive support, best practices and training.
Update support documentation as necessary adhering to Sarbanes Oxley process and procedure requirements.
Identify issues and formulate recommendations for efficient, timely problem resolution.
Determine appropriate channels, medium and timing for communicating issues and resolutions.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Ability to be pro-active in identifying and resolving production issues
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
SOX, Service Center and Service Manager knowledge

years related work experience.
Working knowledge of POS Systems, Store Web (Back Office applications), Markdowns, Loss Prevention and Sales Audit.
Familiar with Retail Management policies and procedures
Experience with Triversity POS, Reflexis, Store Web, Store Value Card, Markdowns, Aspect, APIS, Refund Management and Sales Audit is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with business professionals, executives and developers.
Familiar with client-server, browser-based and/or mainframe applications.
Basic knowledge of SPI, PCI, PII, and SOX requirements.
Familiar with Solution Delivery Process (SDP) and SDLC.
Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues with limited supervision.
Understanding of functional divisions and their interaction a plus.
Understanding of retail merchandising a plus.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience

Expert level in SharePoint, Excel, Outlook applications
Other Information:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
