Principal C#/WCF Software Engineer
Our leading manufacturing related client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help develop innovative solutions for our client's current and future line of products.
This position will be responsible for helping to lead the technical design and implementation of our software applications.

Design and code new features into the existing software applications.
Refactor and/or re-design existing features or functions to optimize performance and/or maintainability of the software.
Mentor/Train existing staff with the latest software tools, standards, and modern development practices.
Help design new software applications.
Perform code reviews with peers.
Improve operations by providing valuable input on software engineering processes.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft C#, Windows Communications Foundation(WCF) and Model View ViewModel (MVVM) pattern.
Experience with complex Microsoft Windows based applications.
Provide technical guidance and/or feedback to fellow team members.
Experience with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player attitude with a willingness to lead when necessary.
Bonus for programming experience with the SciChart graphing software package.
Double bonus for experience in metrology or FORTRAN QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.
e.
Computer Science, Engineering)
Experience:
