About the role:
Our Research and Development team is all about building the future of the operating room for urologists, to improve patient outcomes and reduce the cost of providing care globally.
As a software engineer on our team, you'll be at the heart of that mission, developing best-in-class systems and software for minimally invasive surgical treatment of kidney stones.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Producing high-quality, maintainable code and technical documentation
- Design, implementation, and test of software for complex, connected medical equipment
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating novel computer vision and control algorithms
- Adhering to medical device software development lifecycle processes and best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional experts to solve complex technical and business challenges
- Translating highly technical results into easily understood recommendations
What we re looking for in you
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in object-oriented programming languages (C+
or Java) and multithreaded design on Linux based operating systems - At least 3 years of software development experience in a collaborative environment
- Passion for solving problems for end users, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to challenges
- Self-motivated, outside the box thinker with good time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in data science, computer vision, or AI/ML a plus
- Medical device experience a plus
