What you ll do
The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. We seek the big, critical initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day.
We are looking for a motivated, Scrum Master to help us build and deploy critical software solutions that support our Human Resources and Finance user communities. As a Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will also work with the Product Manager and the scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.
What you ll need

Critical Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
- Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience
- Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience leading Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, such as Sprint planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Retrospectives,
- Hands-on experience participating in Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, such as Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.
Secondary Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe SM preferred
- Working knowledge of Finance or Human Resources domain
- Understanding of SaaS software delivery model
